Dianne DeLair
Dianne is now our Legal Services Director. She started on April 1, 2000, as a law clerk. Dianne oversees daily planning activities of the Legal Advocacy Team to implement the legal advocacy policies, goals, and priorities. Dianne represents people with disabilities in abuse and neglect and access to the community cases. She also has great awareness of legal and policy issues related to people with disabilities. Dianne has extensive knowledge of guardianship law in Nebraska. She helps with rights, health and safety violations, and access to the community services and supports.
