Judy Sinner
Judy, our Fiscal and Human Resources Director, has been with Disability Rights Nebraska since March 17, 1986. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s fiscal and human resource management. This includes preparing the annual budget, managing federal and state grants, handling payroll and expenditures, and supervising general office operations along with related personnel duties.
