Events Celebrating the ADA

Disability Rights Nebraska staff attorney, Michael Elsken, and board member, Seamus Kelly, will be presenting a National Business Institute seminar titled Special Education Law: The Ultimate Guide. Elsken and Kelly will cover topics such as IEPs, 504 plans, manifest determination reviews and more. School administrators, counselors, and teachers, as well attorneys and paralegals, are welcome to attend this event.
