LB 841 - Medium Priority
Starting at 1:30 PM on January 24, the Revenue Committee of the Nebraska Legislature will hear testimony on 3 bills, including LB 841, which was proposed to “Change provisions relating to certain certifications for homestead exemptions.”
The bill, proposed by Sen. Crawford, is on Disability Rights Nebraska's list of "medium priority" bills for this legislative session. Disability Rights Nebraska will submit a letter in support of LB 841.
