LB 994 - Medium Priority
Starting at 1:30 PM on January 30, the Judiciary Committee of the Nebraska Legislature will hear testimony on 7 bills, including LB 994, which was proposed to “Adopt the Organ Transplant Fairness Act.”
The bill, proposed by Sen. Murman, is on Disability Rights Nebraska's list of "medium priority" bills for this legislative session. Disability Rights Nebraska will submit a letter in support of LB 994.
