LB 1149 - Medium Priority
Starting at 1:00 PM on February 6, the Health and Human Services Committee of the Nebraska Legislature will hear testimony on 5 bills, including LB 1149, which was proposed to “Change provisions relating to the Office of Juvenile Services.”
The bill, proposed by Sen. Vargas, is on Disability Rights Nebraska's list of "medium priority" bills for this legislative session. Disability Rights Nebraska will submit a letter in support of LB 1149.
