LB 1215 - Medium Priority
Starting at 1:30 PM on February 10, the Appropriations Committee of the Nebraska Legislature will hear testimony on 5 bills, including LB 1215, which was proposed to “Appropriate funds to the Department of Health and Human Services.”
The bill, proposed by Sen. Walz, is on Disability Rights Nebraska's list of "medium priority" bills for this legislative session. Disability Rights Nebraska will submit a letter in support of LB 1215.
