Let’s Talk! - Gering
Individuals, their families, friends, providers, and advocates are critical voices in the programs that serve Nebraskans with developmental disabilities. That’s why the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is inviting every member of this important community to come together for a town hall discussion.
Please join representatives from the Division of Medicaid and Long Term Care (MLTC) and the Division of Developmental Disabilities to learn more about important issues, including:
• Heritage Health, Nebraska’s upcoming integrated Medicaid managed care program
• The Medicaid Developmental Disabilities Adult Wavier renewal, and
• The home and community-based services (HCBS) statewide transition plan progress.
