LB1056 - Provide for collection of data on student disciplinary actions
The State Board of Education shall implement a statewide system for collecting data on school disciplinary measures and law enforcement referrals, including the use of restraints and seclusion and expulsions/suspensions under zero tolerance policies. The data may be disaggregated by race or ethnicity, gender, grade level, and whether the student has an identified learning or behavioral disability.
