LB 1112 - Change provisions relating to placement and detention of juveniles and permit an additional use of funds under the Community-based Juvenile Services Aid Program

Individuals with disabilities have been statistically more likely to be subject to juvenile detention. If enacted, LB 1112 would likely result in children avoiding detention and the trauma related thereto. Disability Rights Nebraska supports this legislative bill.
