LB 680 - Adopt the Interstate Placement for Involuntarily Admitted Patients Agreement Act

The purpose of the Interstate Placement for Involuntarily Admitted Patients Agreement Act is to enable appropriate behavioral health services to be provided to individuals, across state lines from the individual's state of residence, in qualified health care facilities that are closer to the homes of individuals than are health care facilities available in the individual's home state. Disability Rights Nebraska intends to monitor LB 680.
