LB 941 - Medium Priority
Starting at 1:30 PM on January 30, the Judiciary Committee of the Nebraska Legislature will hear testimony on 7 bills, including LB 941, which was proposed to “Create the Nebraska Youth in Care Bill of Rights”
The bill, proposed by Sen. Hunt, is on Disability Rights Nebraska's list of "medium priority" bills for this legislative session. Disability Rights Nebraska will submit a letter in support of LB 941.
